These terms apply to all purchases, wholesale enquiries, and showroom visits at Rohi Marble & Tiles.

  • Shade/finish variation occurs naturally in stone.
  • Installation quality depends on regional site conditions.
  • Please verify all quantities before order confirmation.

01. Definitions

To maintain clarity in our wholesale model, the following terms apply:

  • We / Rohi: Refers to Rohi Marble & Tiles.
  • Customer: Refers to the homeowner, contractor, or builder.
  • Products: Encompasses tiles, marble, granite, sanitaryware, and support materials.
  • Wholesale Rates: Pricing structure subject to quantity and stock availability.

02. Scope of Services

What we provide

  • Showroom displays and physical selection guidance.
  • Wholesale availability support and project documentation.
  • Dispatch coordination and material handover.

What is outside scope

  • Civil installation work and on-site labor management.
  • Waterproofing or structural engineering services.
  • On-site supervision unless explicitly agreed in writing.

03. Product Variations

As a natural and industrial stone supplier, please note:

  • Tile shade and print variations between different batches are possible.
  • Marble, granite, and Katni stone are natural products; veins and textures will vary.
  • Digital photos may differ from actual products due to lighting and device settings.
  • Customers are advised to approve a physical sample before final order placement.

04. Pricing & Availability

Our wholesale model relies on current inventory levels. Rates depend on the product category, total quantity, and current market availability. Quotations are provided with a specific validity window, after which they are subject to change. Final billing will always follow the issued invoice at the time of dispatch.

05. Order Confirmation Process

Selection Approval: Final selection is confirmed at the showroom or via physical samples.
Quantity Verification: Measurements and quantities are the responsibility of the customer/contractor.
Quotation & Invoice: A detailed invoice is shared for final review.
Payment: Orders are processed upon receipt of payment as per the agreed generic terms.

06. Delivery & Pickup

  • Delivery timelines depend on current stock status and third-party logistics.
  • Customers must inspect goods for visible damage at the time of pickup or delivery.
  • Once delivered, safe storage at the site becomes the customer’s responsibility.
  • Site access and unloading labor are the responsibility of the customer.

07. Inspection & Reporting Window

Critical: Please inspect all boxes and slabs upon arrival. Visible transit damage must be reported within 24 hours of receipt. Post-installation complaints regarding shade or finish variations are generally not accepted once the selection has been approved.

08. Returns & Exchanges

To maintain wholesale efficiency, the following apply:

  • Custom-cut slabs or used/installed materials are non-returnable.
  • Unopened boxes may be eligible for exchange subject to condition and restocking fees.
  • Return transport costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  • All returns require prior approval from the Rohi management team.

09. Installation Responsibility

Rohi provides expert selection guidance; however, final installation depends on your contractor and site conditions. We strongly recommend the use of correct adhesives, grouts, and spacers. Civil aspects like waterproofing and slope management are strictly outside our scope.

10. Warranty Information

Manufacturer warranties, where applicable, apply as per the specific manufacturer's terms. Natural stone characteristics (veins, pinholes, color variations) are not considered defects but are inherent traits of the material. Normal wear and tear is excluded from all coverage.

11. Limitation of Liability

  • Rohi is not liable for indirect losses such as labor delays or project overruns.
  • Our liability is limited strictly to the invoice value of the concerned goods.
  • Force majeure events (strikes, weather) may impact timelines outside our control.

12. Privacy & Communication

Contact details provided during enquiry or purchase are used solely for order-related communication. By engaging with us, you consent to receiving updates regarding your order via call or WhatsApp.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Chandigarh. We encourage amicable resolution of all concerns through direct communication with our team.
